Vertical has been working with Gatelets for several years now, having partnered with Jean and his team extensively to build out our partner portal (leveraging Gatelets' technology) and more recently rebuilding and launching our new corporate website. Gatelets does great work but perhaps more importantly is a true partner with its customers, offering inventive insights and accountability with respect to the projects Gatelets drives on behalf of its customers. Gatelets has completely transformed our branding and first look through our website, logo, business cards, etc. Many of our competitors have a mom and pop logo along with a cookie cutter template for their website where Taral now has a complete custom website that allows great ease for the customer and internal employees, cutting down on number of clicks for customers and flexibility for our employees to update our site as our company changes and grows.

I worked with Gatelets on projects for two companies. In both cases I found Gatelets excelled in rapidly developing sites that actually met many of our ideas. The rapid development of intermediate sites facilitated more accurate product definition, project planning, and budgeting. One project delivered an interactive site that queried a proprietary database, supported client logins, and showed multiple user-specific workflows. This was delivered with more function and in 1/8th the time I had expected based on outsourcing many prior web projects.

The second project for a non-profit resulted in an elegant, visually compelling site that will definitely increase awareness and donations. This simply would not have happened if the non-profit used traditional open-source development systems. I highly recommend Gatelets to companies that need to provide compelling sites that work in today’s Web-centric and social media world. Sebenza LLC engaged Gatelets to revamp an older site and provide some new custom functionality. Our key objectives were for Gatelets to deliver a Web site that our employees can manage whenever changes or additions are needed and for Gatelets to provide the ability to handle timesheet submissions.
